About
My full name is Burak Deniz Koca, though I usually go by Deniz. I am from Turkey and have a background in English Language and Literature, American Culture and Literature, and Sociology, followed by an MA in American Culture and Literature. My thesis focused on consumer culture and identity in contemporary American fiction. I am currently also studying Latin Language and Literature.
Over the years, I have worked in creative media as a video editor, copywriter, and project director, while also drifting into game development, worldbuilding, writing, and whatever else happened to interest me at the time.
I have always been fascinated by how the things we create are shaped by the medium they are produced in. This interest has followed me from literature and film to podcasts, software, and games.
